1Services

We provide professional beauty services including facials, eyebrow tint/lamination, eyelash lift/tint, scalp treatments, perms, manicures, pedicures, and waxing. Services are performed by trained professionals according to industry best practices and applicable California regulations.

2Appointments, Deposits & Confirmation

Appointments are by appointment only and confirmed via SMS/email when booked.

We may request a deposit to hold certain services or high-demand time slots. Deposits are applied to the final bill on the service date and are otherwise subject to the cancellation terms below.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete/confirm any required forms.

3Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment time.

Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows may result in a fee (up to the deposit or a percentage of the scheduled service).

Repeated no-shows may require prepaid appointments or refusal of future bookings.

4Late Arrivals

If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining appointment time. If we must shorten or reschedule your service, the full or minimum service fee may still apply.

5Health, Safety & Contraindications

Your safety is our priority. Please inform us of: medications, allergies, skin sensitivities, recent procedures (chemical peels, lasers, injectables), pregnancy, medical conditions, or infections. We may decline or modify a service if it appears unsafe or contraindicated.

6Patch Tests & Consent

For services such as tints, laminations, lifts, and waxing, a patch test 24–48 hours in advance may be recommended or required based on your history and our professional judgment. You agree to complete any required client intake/consent forms before treatment.

7Minors

Clients under 18 must have a parent/guardian present or written consent. Certain services may be limited to adults.

8Results, Re-Do & Refunds

Results vary by skin, hair, lifestyle, and aftercare. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 72 hours so we can assess a reasonable re-do/adjustment at our discretion.

Service fees are generally non-refundable once a service has been performed.

Retail products may be exchanged if unopened/unused within 14 days with receipt (subject to hygiene and manufacturer policies).

9Pricing, Payment & Gratuities

Current pricing is displayed on our site and may change without notice. Final quotes are provided at the appointment based on your selected services. We accept the payment methods posted in-store; gratuities are appreciated but optional.

10Gift Cards, Packages & Promotions

Gift cards and promotional balances are applied to eligible services/products as described at purchase and in accordance with California law. Additional terms may apply and will be provided at the time of purchase.

11Personal Belongings

Please secure personal items; we are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

12Photos, Videos & Marketing

With your separate, explicit consent, we may take non-identifying before/after photos for education or marketing. You may withdraw consent at any time for future use.

13Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

We maintain a safe, inclusive environment. We may refuse service for behavior that is unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate, or where a service appears medically unsafe.

14Accessibility & Accommodations

We strive to provide accessible services and reasonable accommodations consistent with applicable laws (including the ADA). Service animals are welcome as defined by law. Please contact us ahead of time with any accommodation requests.

15Website & Online Booking

The website content is for general information and may change. Online booking and contact forms may be provided through third-party processors (e.g., Formspree). By submitting forms, you consent to transmission and processing by those providers. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

16Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

17Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Beauty services involve inherent risks. Except as prohibited by California law, Mimi's Beauty Oasis and its staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services or site use. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.

18Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be brought in the state courts located in Sonoma County, California (or Small Claims Court where appropriate). We encourage good-faith resolution and, if helpful, mediation before litigation.

19Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The revised date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
