To ensure the best experience for all guests, please review our salon policies:
Appointments
All services are by appointment only.
Please arrive 5โ10 minutes early for your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations under 24 hours or missed appointments may result in a fee.
Late Arrivals
If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time.
In some cases, services may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and fees may still apply.
Deposits
Select services may require a deposit to secure your booking.
Deposits are applied to your service total but may be forfeited in the case of late cancellation or no-show.
Service Adjustments
If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know within 72 hours so we can assess adjustments.
Service fees are generally non-refundable once a service is performed.
Health & Safety
Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment.
Patch testing may be required for certain services.
Minors
Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or have written consent.
